I woke up this morning and my right arm was swollen. My hand was so swollen that I had to take my rings off.
I didn't do anything to it that I know of. And I feel fine so I'm trying to tell myself it's just water retention or something. But I've never had this problem for no reason before and it's really freaking me out!

I know better than to google... Yet I did it anyway.
When my arm would swell for what ever reason and I was not able to figure out what happened, I drew the stick figure and then tried the arm over the head-clue #1 that something was a bit tight-so I did the arm rolls gently. After about twenty minutes, the swelling started going down and pain disappeared, so I just forgot about it.
The next time it happened, I tried the above, it didn't work, however, about twenty minutes after I walked around, the swelling started going down.
The third time it happened, I traced everything I had been doing for the last three days, and then moved my arm in reverse direction. I found it, and so now when I feel that "umph", I stop.
I hear you on the google. I do it, and then look for ways to make it funny.
Hope the swelling goes down for you fast!
