Is this normal?

Had a pretty normal day. I tend to wash my hands more than normal so when I wanted to my boyfriend told me no so i ran to the bathroom to wash my hands. He ended up turning the water off and i had soap on my hands. I asked him to turn it on and he didnt, i ended up getting so mad that I hit myself in the head and said "I hate myself" then stormed out of the house crying. Once I came back in a couple minutes later he had turned the water back on so that i could rinse the soap off.

Anyone else have outbursts like this?
