How do i convince my mum?

Okay, so I've been coping these past months keeping my 'suspected' anxiety between me, my 2 closest friends and my boyfriend. I think it's about time I told my mum, I've let out hints so to speak (they didn't work). I think she just thinks its a 'phase'. Don't know what to do? Thanks xx

I am a mum and I would want to know if one of my children was worried about something,she's your mum,just sit her down and tell her everything,my mum knows about my anxiety and I've had mine since I was 17 and I'm now 38,your mum is your rock she will support you through everything in your life as much as she can x
