Breathing pains

I'm now on propanolol which can now apparently cause breathing problems, but yesterday I did some strenuous activity and today I've looked after my neice, but I've got a strange pain when I'm breathing in and it aches, is this from the propanolol, the activity or could I have something wrong with me! I'm scared x

I've been on propanol for years on and off and I've never had a problem at all with it,it's a hart med so it will help you,how long have you been on it ?

Yes I think it will be they are really good tablets :)
