I notice when i eat sunflower seeds, my anxiety feels better the next day... Hummmm im stumped!!! - _ -!!

Not sure why, but seems like a good enough reason to eat some sunflower seeds every day!

Ive been asking around. Ppl say that sunflower seeds, even the kernels are high in magnesium. And eating them, they absorb straight into ur body. Interesting fact..

I'm trying magnesium and amino acids for my anxiety in hopes to get off my Ativan
Google magnesium and amino acids for anxiety. There is a lot of info out there about it! Good luck.

Sunflower seeds are a good source of magnesium and a lot of people with anxiety have a magnesium deficiency. Look up other foods that have a high source of magnesium and see how you feel after you eat those as well.

Wow I didn't know any of this, but I do love sunflower seeds so I may have to go get some now. I'm all for eating sunflower seeds everyday!

What amino acids are you taking? I'm quite the believer in them. I took them for weight training many moons back, I didnt know they would help my anxiety so much. A happy mistake. I still take theanine and htp now and again as a preventative.

True that! Stress causes havoc with magnesium supplies :)

Sunflower seeds are very good for you I put them in my salads too, and when I make chicken salad! Yum also pumpkin seeds are very good for anxiety!

Yep I would guess its the magnesium but its packed with all kinds of other vitamins, minerals, and good fats. Keep it up!
