I'm going on a 2 week holiday in a few days and have very bad anxiety due to a previous holiday a few years back. I got very home sick and needed to be home badly and have been severely terrified of travelling ever since. My anxiety has gotten so bad in the last few weeks that I was very close to cancelling the holiday altogether. I'm not afraid of flying, I'm just terrified of wanting to come home. When I get anxiety attacks I get very bad shakes especially in my hands, my stomach gets sore and I get very bad dizzy spells. Any recommendations to put me in a good mindset to reduce chances of anxiety? Any suggestions are appreciated!
