Scary as heck!

I get some weird thing where I can be asleep or half asleep and shoot straight up in bed cause I feel like my breathing is stopping or I can't breathe

I get this sometimes and also rjay my heart is stopping or slowing right down

I use to get this like every night then it just stopped randomly and replaced it with other symtoms like choking sensations

Maybe that's a better description I feel like my heart is stopping or my breathing is., well unfortunately I just had a massive hour long panic attack. Ugh I normally just have anxiety but I full blown panicked
