Hi everyone as those who I have spoken to know i didn't want to up my medication (I'm on 100mg have been for 10 years) when I got I'll last year they upped it to 200mg and I was like a zombie lol so this time I downloaded some really good apps to my phone for relaxation and dealing with panic attacks and started on herbal drops(some which I tried before and some totally new) after listening to the apps and taking the rescue remedy I'm feeling better than I did after only 3 days don't get me wrong I still get some thoughts which I've been replacing with positive thoughts and trying to keep busy and I still get tummy flutters but I'm getting there just wanted to share with you incase this info can help someone x

Good for you, keep track of what works when to help you manage the panic attacks and triggers.
