Foggy head

Hiya, im new to all this so im not sure how it all works.
I was just wondering does anyone else get like a foggy mind, you have a million things racing around but you cant work out what they are or why your anxious. also does anyone experience fainting when they feel overwhelmed by it all?

Welcome here, yer not the only one, I have a ton of stuff always on my mind, and its hard for me to sleep at night from my mind just can't shut down. I'm tryin calming excercise. Fans and classical music help me. Do you have any hobbies that can help calm you?
