Pain in center of chest

I've had this pain off and on in center of chest for three days... can anyone relate to this ?

It seems like when I get heartburn that's where it is, the center of my chest.

I had a pretty intense back/ shoulder massage on Saturday. She used her elbow etc, it was painful but nice at the same time. Could this have caused my Chest pain? It started the same day I had this done?
