For my anxiety friends who suffer the ugly symptom of being lightheaded, maybe this can help. I saw a specialist today cause i have been lightheaded for weeks on in.. He told me bad posture can cause this... Understand... When u and i are worried sick, we are pacing the floors, and wondering what is this or that sensation in our body, what's the next thing u do?? Sit at your computer, ipad, or phone and it begins... Head down chin to chest, and your googling. Or your here looking for comfort.. As you head is down, your stretching every muscle from mid back, up to your neck and shoulders.... This is causing you to have one sided headaches, muscle tension in neck and lightheaded ness. All the muscles wrap around to create this. Then what happens??? You start panicking because u feel faint, like you want to pass out, and it all becomes a visious cycle.

1) better posture
2) key to better life is good sleep
3) relaxation
4)when tensed lay on floor stretching and close your eyes
5) healthy diet (hypoglycemia causes anxiety)
6)trust in your heart
7)shout it out (anxiety your nothing your not even real and smile as you breath deep)
7)love yourself no matter what has burdened you.

:-) :-)

Thanks for posting this, as I was reading this(on my ipad!)
I realized I was doing the head down and chin to chest thing wondering why I have a pressure headache, haha. Hard to remember these things.

Lol yw. I love to share everything I learn and I hope others do the same. I don't think there is one person that's dealing with this anxiety that would wish this feeling on anyone..
Earlier I was filling a application for a apartment. Of course I had the normal head down position, chin to chest.. When I say my head up after I was done omg I was sooooooooi lightheaded.. My back was hurting... There is a disk between between your shoulder blades that disk should not be squeezed. It should be comfortable between the muscle, therefore that's what puts so much tension. I hate hate hate those dam back of head headaches... I get the 3 times a week. And severe.... I really hope this encourages people to work on their posture.. Now I can Google (good posture) instead of (lightheaded) :) :) :)
