Anxiety and tics?

Does any of you also suffer from tics? i have had them for about 1-2 years now, it's everything from "breaking" fingers to eye tics and lately i've begun to tic with my left shoulder, and now it hurts really bad.

And my fingers and arms hurt too from the tics.

Does anyone else have this, and how do you deal with it?
