Lorazepam

For those that experience body aches and pains due to anxiety, does the lorazepam or whatever med youre on take those away for you completely? When I start feeling anxious it turns into aches sometimes, and ill wait a bit and take my pill but it doesn't seem to do much for the aching. Is that normal? Will the lorazepam take that away or no? The pill does make me feel a bit tired and calm but I still have the worrisome thoughts and pains with it. I'm so confused on how to control this illness lol.

It may help with muscle spasms or things related to spasms. Lorazepam fights the "fear" part of anxiety by calming you but all benzos are also used to quite muscle spasms. They are not anti inflammatories or analgesics(pain reducing) meds. Alankay
