Hi I'm new on here I have suffered from anxiety for quiet a bit now but it's taking over my life so now is the time to sort it out I also suffer from OCD :( I'm a busy mum of four. This is the first I have talked about it.

Hello I'm a mum of two so I can relate to you :) I have suffered anxiety for years since I was 17 and I'm now 38

I always knew something was wrong but didn't want a fuss or annoy anyone. As the years have gone by its got worse I'm at that point where it's getting to much now. A simple bus journey is difficult for me, I just don't know how to deal with it anymore. Thank you for messaging me its good to know I'm not the only one out there in this boat.
