I'm fairly new on here. I have had anxiety my whole life. As a child I suffered with selective mutism until I was about 17 years old. My anxiety went down for a while, but now it's back and pretty bad. I am 23 now. I'm just looking for someone to talk to who also suffers with severe anxiety like I do.
