Im so lame

Today I removed a nasty old carpet from a room jn my new house and I did not wear a mask while i removed it. Now I am worried I breathed something horrible in that is going to kill me at any second. :(

My friend bought an old 2 family house and fixed it up himself. He's a mason, so he's very handy, but not too bright lol. He tore down walls, removed carpet, put up drywall and did sanding, all with no mask!! because he is stubborn and thinks he is invincible. Nothing happened to him.

Don't worry, there are probably just as much if not more pollutants in the general air we breathe, everywhere we go, everyday. I would be concerned if you inhaled chemicals or something, but a carpet? Highly unlikely you're going to die! Relax and enjoy your new home!
