hi- i'm justin. i feel that ive had a anxiety disorder since i was a child. realized this recently after a bad panic epiode by searching the internet. ..not really comfortable talking about it yet, but it is really great to know that i am not alone and i can relate to other people who are experinecing the same symptoms

Welcome to the forum, Justin. I'm glad that you now know that you're not alone when dealing with anxiety. There are tens of millions of people in the United States alone that have anxiety, those are only the sufferers that have sought treatment.
