for the past week, I've been sleeping 5 hours, get up for a few hours, nap for another 2 to 3 hours. Last night, I couldn't fall asleep, I ended up eventually sleeping 2 hours later than the time I normally do. the sleep was not good, I kept waking up. so it may have added up to about 5 or 6 hours in all?
and it also got me that I didn't need a nap today. I instead went for a walk. I felt tired after the walk, thought I'd need a nap in the evening, turns out I didn't.. So now I'm just confused, and still don't feel tired enough to sleep.
I do have a lot of anxiety, and depression and I rely on my naps in a way to help relax me, but I know it's probably better I just stay up. It just bothers me I don't feel tired enough to sleep today and I don't know what the cause is.
