headache all day and Tylenol only took the edge off!!?

Well I've had a headache back of head right side all day... Took Tylenol and it only took off the edge. I'm a little worried why it's still here. Or what types of headaches are in back of head one sided.. Please help

Have you ever had a migraine? They're horrible headaches and sometimes take more than Tylenol to get rid of. Excedrin Migraine works great for a lot of people, and sleep.

I went to hospital and they told me the same. But are they just one sided????

Definitely can be. They're weird little buggers. Can affect some people in just one spot, or all over. Some people get nauseous or lights bother them. Sometimes I just feel like my head is going to explode.
