I agree with marycap. Claire Weekes is the best in my opinion

Old school stop feeling like a victum and take charge approach

She has some audio books you can download.

Anxiety Coach is a great online resource as well

The Mood Cure by Julia Ross! It covers anxiety both anxiety and depression and gives you solutions to both. It has helped me and others greatly. Check out the reviews on Amazon!

I would like to point out that self-help books should never be used in place of a good therapist.

I have bought every book recommended but can't concentrate well enough to read them. I have to dip into them when can and some are good for that, but others I have to keep starting again.
Concentrating to read is really difficult sometimes with depression and anxiety.

Yesterday, I bought a book called The Anxiety and Worry Workbook by David A. Clark, PHD and Aaron T. Beck, MD. It's a cognitive approach to dealing with anxiety/panic disorders. I'm only on chapter 4 and I already feel like its helping me. I haven't had to take any of my Ativan today and usually I have to take it within 45min of waking up and all through out the day... I really recommend checking it out ;)
