Question about symptom

Can anxiety alone make you break out into itchy bumps? I tend to get itchy patches with tiny, weepy bumps in various places. Right now it's on my hands, but I get them on my legs and other places. The itching is very annoying, and Benadryl cream doesn't work. I've had all kinds of tests run in the past with negative results. Do any other anxiety sufferers break out like this for no reason? Is it common? Just wondering.

If I have done something wrong at work and know it is serious I start to scratch and come up in something called hives, which are just an itchy rash. It sounds very similar and if it is the same, lots of people get it when anxious.

Thanks. I've always thought it was an allergy, but I've never been able to figure out what caused it.

I have actually had that and was hospitalized for it. I had hives real bad from stress and anxiety.
