Are increased tension headaches normal?

Hi,

I have slowly increased my dose of Lexapro in 5 MG increments now up to 20. I have been on the 20 for about 2 weeks now. I have been having severe tension headaches, neck and shoulder tightness/tension.

Is this a normal temporary side effect until my body gets used to the med dosage?

Its possible but I also had this without taking meds so not sure.
