Ear clogging

My ears have been ringing for years...and sometimes they'd "clog" with louder ringing but it'd be for a second or so. And it'd only happen every now and then. But now it happens multiple times a day, and the clog lasts a little longer. Not sure if I should be worried or not. Maybe it has something to do with hormones changing?

In good news, I got to hear the baby's heartbeat yesterday for the first time. I'm in love already. :)

So awesome to hear their little heart beating!!!!

And their hearts beat faster than us anxiety folks which is crazy

My left ear always rings and clogs.

I don't think it's anxiety related

I just think I'm falling apart. : )
