Last few times I was in ER blood sugar was elevated not super high but over the mark i had hemoglobin A1C and was normal
This is freaking me out a lil help

Stress and anxiety and raise cortisol. Cortisol raises blood sugar. So yes I believe that is why your blood sugar might have been a bit high.

Cause I knw some have a attack and there sugar is checked and its normal

What was the exact number? How long before did you eat food and what did you eat?
Sounds like you need to talk to your doctor or to a nutritionist to find out what you need to be eating to help you with your illness.
Once you have this sorted you will find anxiety etc will be much easier to deal with, and may result from just the worry of thinking something wrong and not knowing what it is.
