Hi. On Wednesday whilst on the train I had a panic attack. (Sweating, head pressure and dizziness) I went to the doctor then he took an ecg and that was ok. Then he said I have an ear infection and tonsillitis and taught me breathin techniques. He gave me amoxicillin. Now I have head pressure for sudden moments like maybe a few secs and feel dizzy. I don't know what this is I'm very scared please someone can you relate? I also feel confused all the time like I'm losing my mind. Please comment

I have that dizzy spell every time I have ear pressure. Don't worry it's from the ear infection. Just keep taking the antibiotics and you will get better

It could also be that your sinuses are blocked too with all trouble with ear etc, and this causes dizziness too.

Yeah but I get head pressure and face pressure also weak legs and feel nausea every so often could this be a virus or side affects?
