I am finally feeling some normalcy. I have been using music as a release. Also next week I will be starting karate. I hope this keeps up

Good to hear you are finding a calm place. Are you making music or just listening? Any recommendations? Personally I tend to find myself one day listening to 50s French cafe music, and the next day Heavy Metal often via some cheesy pop... But there is always a tune for every mood!
