These physical symptoms of anxiety are to much to handle right now I'm having burning skin sensation, shakiness, heart palp, tense neck and insomnia. PLEASE GO AWAY!! And don't come back!! I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do??!!

Do you have/take any benzo's? They were made for days like this. Sometimes the hardest part of the anxiety is not getting a break from it. :)

I have Xanax but I took NyQuil and can't mix them. I broke down and took Zoloft . I'm hoping the side effects out weighs the physical symptoms I'm experiencing. I just can't take it anymore this is to much

I have taken Zoloft for years but been off it about 9 months. I tried to start on it again a few weeks ago but had side effects like headache and numbness in my face. So I'm starting with 1/2 of 25mg and working my way up to 25mg hoping I won't get many side effects in the process.

Yes been taking .75 mg since Oct but still feeling anxious, panicky and depress. I don't know if stopped working. I used to take it before then stopped and started again but it seems like its not working anymore
