I'm on a little break with my family and walking around the shops all of a sudden a massive palpitation came on put of the complete blue!! So bad I had to stop and get my breath :( I'm fed up if this

Anxiety always has the audacity to show up at the most in opportune time

I used to get those massive palpitations while laying and watching television.

It would sit me straight up and I probably turned white as Conan O'Brian.

I hope you were able to continue on realizing what is was and you didn't think you were having a heart attack.

And if you did continue to shop, can you share with the group what you bought so all the Agoraphobics in da house can live vicariously through you?

I struggled after that to be honest couldn't go in the shops and get anything waited outside while my family went in :( it was awful felt in edge ever since really.
