Hey All,

Every so often I have to take deep breaths bc I feel some loss of breath. Can subconscious anxiety do this? If so I need some help can anyone please give me some points and help me...greatly appreciate it.

Anxiety causes you to shallow breath from your chest. Try practising breathing from your stomach. This also slows down your breathing so you get less side effects such as panic attacks and dizziness etc.
