Hey everyone I dont knw how it goes, but I guess most of u came here to loosen up vz most pple around u have no idea y u dont have a serotonin thrill n cant be happy. The thing is that I have a plan that would eventually make me happy but it will take around a year and I need to learn how to survive this year unharmed. So whoever feels like hearing my naggs just let me knw.nt a big posting fan though.

Anyone on the forum will be willing to listen to you to offload so that you can get through a year and reach the fun you are expecting.

Thank you lin I appreciate it ive dealt with a lot worse before and then got better. Nw I just feel like im sinking again n I dont want to get to a point where I cant shower or eat and b completely dependant and someone else (been through that) its nt fun its just happiness and comfort instead of anxiety and pain.i think im goung back to therapy
