Does anyone have insomnia with their anxiety? What to you do?

Yes i take Melatonin..and Vistaril! They really help

I have anxiety but my pdoc also prescribed an antipsychotic called zyprexa for god knows what reason. One of its effects is sedation. It never fails in putting me to sleep.
