I am completely new to this forum, never posted before. I'm desperate to find some help! Been through a lot in the past couple of years, no health insurance now because of a job loss. I'm seeking therapy from a source, but no response. Oddly enough, I work in a psychiatrists office right now. Any words of wisdom will be welcome :-)

You need to understand you are not alone. Everyone here is feeling the sameway. I just started here too. I used to feel i was the only one dealing with this until i posted on here. Keep your head up.

Can you not ask your doctor to refer you for some help from your mental health services? Or do you not live in England so have to pay for it? Is there no way of getting professional help? This forum is brill - lots of help and encouragement from people.
