My therapist gave me a book to read. Its called living with 'it' a survivors guide to panic attacks.
It truley is a great book. It isnt too long & includes little comic pictures so u dont loose interest. It is written by an anxiety survivor for anxiety sufferers.
It is an interesting read & because its not written by someone studying this illness the symptoms and feelings are all what we feel. Its written in everyday language, not the big medical terms alot of the books are written in.
I strongly suggest trying to find it :)
