Hi I'm new to this sort of thing and I posted a thread earlier, but here in the welcome section so I'm not sure if I've done it right.
It's about the anxiety I'm suffering after a breakup. I'll re-post it in the general thread.
Not worry, you will get responses, especially if someone just broken up too. I was new a couple of weeks ago and now I join in loads of conversations to see if can help, or if get some help myself. Found forum really good and sure you will.

It just takes time for a responce. I posted the other day and have no resonces yet. Just be patient
I still haven't got responses to some of my early questions, but other questions had lots of replies to. Not worry - just depends who looking at time you post, and you might suddenly get lots of replies a few days later. Try some other posts and see what responses you get, really good feeling when someone responds.

What questions have u asked. I was looking and could not find.
Few weeks ago asked about my new medication Agnomelatine, depression in the menopause, New which I think was not responded to and possibly one other. I also did Anger but in end this was responded to. In the end, I just joined in some already going and got going with getting responses.

Im sorry to hear that. How are things going? I myself am on prozac
Think it was working for few days but then stopped, have just doubled dose in hope it will work better. I have taken Prozac in past and it was good but this time my body has changed all anti depressants I have taken before and lots more, so after 2 years this time psychiatrist still trying to find one which will work. He says my body has rejected the two main bodies of tablets. He did put me on old ones with funny diet, but needed a booster with them and they stopped making them. So now trying Agnomelatine which is brand new to the market.

Well im sorry to hear that. I hope that will start to help for you. How have things been going for you latley?
Did better this week but still head completely flips at times. Also been off work for 5 weeks because had two knee operations so not so much pressure on head when not at work. But not sleeping tonight because see Dr this morning about if i go back to work today. Part of me wants to but part feels like need more time to get head better, so going to rely on Dr's decision as he is really good.

Hope all goes well at the dr
Dr decided to sign me off another three weeks. Know he is right and I am not well enough to go back, so pleased he made the decision. However, still feel guilty not going back to give my colleague a break from doing my job and although I try hard I worry every day when off sick. But going to make sure head is better, and knees are fit enough after operations this time before go back so i will be much better and be able to cope with job better.

What matters the most is you being mentally and physicallly healthy
Yes decided that this there weeks i have got to stop worrying about not being at work and just concentrate on getting better. Had a meeting yesterday and getting a new CPN and then a review with old and new CPN and psychiatrist on 23 April. Hoping will start feeling lot better again with the support I need from a nurse, it hasn't worked with the present one. So all of that will be sorted by time I go back to work so Dr thinks without that worry I will go back to work much better. Also after knee operations had I am hoping by 23 April I will be able to do stairs, walk to the park and ride, and not have a stick. So won't get frustrated at work which will help me concentrate. Also trying to meet friends occasionally before go back to try and get a social life working again. Usually struggle so much to cope with job and acting normal all day that I have no home life or social life. Also when get back to work not going to do extra hours because it doesn't help my head.

After good day yesterday, today suddenly hit bottom, not wanted to dress but have, got manic and done load of jobs like ironing early, and now not want to walk to chemist which I ha promised myself I would do. Hard when so easily and quickly go up and down in mood.

Its a terrible cycle. One day good next day bad
Yes it is such a vicious cycle, if only you got good whole weeks at a time then it would be easier to put up with the bad ones.
