I feel the same way. I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. I have physical symptoms and this feeling of doom.

I must admit I've been coping really well but I have the odd blip where I think I'm going down hill fast, what physical symptoms you get?

Nausea, sweats, chest pain/tightness. Overall feeling jittery. No appetite.

I've also been dizzy and overall feeling not like myself. Like something is wrong
Me too - I generally feel dizziness, legs feel rubbery, breathing feels labored; and just "out of it" weird feeling.

Yup it sucks I will be fine for weeks then out of nowhere I feel rubbish
Yeah, I was always an anxious person growing up, then all of a sudden in February (2013) - BAM anxiety and panic like I've never experienced in my life!
This is pretty sucky, I need to snap out of this becuause it's really starting to affect my everyday life. Good luck dude!

Yes it is affecting my social life. Feeling lightheaded and off balance and anxious all the time. When I am at home I just want to stay in bed

Hi Malyn,
I am sorry you are going through this. I can relate to your symptoms. When I would have these kind of feelings I used to get panicked & then feel MORE anxiety. Now, I am not so scared and just know that I need to take some slow deep breaths and say reassuring things to myself.
As far as wanting to stay in bed, I can relate to that too. I just want to curl up with my cats and stay in bed all day. But I get myself out and up. Always glad that i do.
