severe anxiety and depression

hi all,


i am in the middle of a med change to effexor. it is taking forever to kick in and the klonopin i was given is not helping one bit. can anyone give me some tips on getting through the panic attacks in the meantime?

Hi..wish I could be of more help.. but know that you're not alone.. Im still trying to figure out what meds work for me.. I take ativan.. and that seems to be more helpful than the Lexapro I'm on.. , which is the 4th change ive had.. Coming to these forums is very helpful too me..Hope it is equally for you..
