Can heart palps kill you or weaken your heart? It's like a skipped beat then a shacky hard thud that happens more often when I lay down?
Nope. In fact, a good family friend of mine is a Cardiologist. He says that the human heart is so strong, that it can pump at 200+ beats per minute for weeks on end without damage or fatigue.
Heart palipitations are very common with anxiety. They're harmless. Of course, if you want to 100% rule out anything, go see a doctor and have them tell you the same thing. :)
Hope this helps!

No. It's just a little electric anomaly that we all get from time to time. Alankay
