Feeling Scared

I feel really anxious because I feel totally worn out after lunch and have a sore throat. Has anyone here ever get scared when you feel sick? I barely have strength to hold up my iPhone and type this entry

I always get sick feeling & a sore throat when I'm anxious, it's common

Yeah ... I get scared if I don't feel well or even if I just feel nausea ( which is silly ) as there is nufink wrong and I knw that but still doesn't stop what I'm feeling and thinking :-/
