First dr apt next week

I have my first apt with a psychiatrist next week. Should i write down everything i feel when having an attack? Should i write down everything i worry about (thats a long ass list) what should i expect for my first visit im really nervous!

Well he's/she's gonna let you tell him why you came and then ask some questions about your life, family and background. Tell him about why you came first, I mean anxiety and when you first started to notice significant anxiety and how you feel anxiety(when, where, exactly how, etc,) and to what extent as far as interrupting life, work and/or home. Don't hold back, just be honest he's heard it allllll before...many times. He's not there to judge you, just try and help/treat you. Tell him to what extent this is distressing/troubling you. He will determine what the next best step will be. PM me any time. Alankay

See one of my worries is that im being judged or like its a text im going to fail!! God i hate feeling like this...i quit smoking cigs 2 months ago and thats when all my attacks started some days i want to so badly go buy a pack but i refuse im so proud of myself for sticking to it this time with no slip ups especially with all this stress and anxiety just wish other people at home noticed and said how proud they are of me ;( i feel so alone sometimes
