Hi there,Brief description.
Im 16,past few days,ive suffered random shorts of breath,heart beating ten to the dozon,and my heart jumping when anyone talks,it feels like theres little air,and i feel like im going mad.
Does this sound like an anxiety problem....?..my mum has it and ive heard its hereditry.But there is nothing that i know of thats worrying me,nothing massive anyway.
Is there any treatment as its a horrible feeling.

Hi Kyle, yeap this sounds like the dreaded anxiety!

I would strongly advise you go see a doctor just to be sure...but those are the classic symptoms of anxiety. Unfortunately there is no quick fix, or magic pill that fixes anxiety. Please feel free to read the posts in the forum...hopefully they will be of help to you.
