The positives to anxiety?

1. I get excited when I try a new food and DON'T get indigestion, recently it's gnocchi! It's wheat free so it's light and I find it's good when I have to eat out in a restaurant but I'm feeling really anxious! It's delicious!

2. I spend so much time obsessing over washing my hands, that I actually never get sick! (I have a fear of being sick)

3. I find working a distraction from anxiety, I work so much that I'm progressing really well!


Dig deep... There must be some positives!!

Also I've lost weight recently.... Not so much a positive for me but could be or others!!

It makes you more cautious and thoughtful when considering most anything like a car purchase, who to date, doing risky things, etc. Proven fact: anxiety sufferers tend to be very intelligent, energetic and creative. Good at preparing. Ask you doc about that. Alankay
