When I'm feeling an attack coming on, I start little breathing exercises. I was wondering if anyone else had interesting little natural tricks they use to ease anxiety! :)

When I am anxious my neck and shoulders get really stiff which in turn causes me to feel spacey and a little confused, so I gently massage my neck and breathe in and out slowly through my stomach while repeating the word 'calm' until I am. It's about eight per cent successful in calming me. X

For years I would fight it or try to distract myself
Didn't work for me
Once I stopped fighting and realized it was just a symptom, amazingly stops pretty quick
Anxiety gets pissed if you don't fight
