My counselor asked me to keep track of my anxiety attacks and Im having a lot of problems doing it. I never remember when I'm having an anxiety attack to do it and when I do remember I don't remember what happened enough to write it down. Does anyone else do this?

I used to do that all the time

It was pretty cool that when I was writing what I was experiencing, I felt like I was observing someone going through it and not going through it myself

It helped greatly

Almost to a point that I would laugh at some of the things I was writing and I completely stopped taking them seriously.

One of the great things to do to rid yourself of this nonsense
