Not only am I tired and stressed I have gained over 50 pounds due to being on bp, depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, nexium medications Sometimes I feel the docs think the only answer is another pill. In sssssooooo sick of taking meds

That doesn't sound so nice Blessed. meds are weird. part of me feels really glad we have things to help with the problems we have the other part of me always resents them for having to take them.
do you think the meds are making your tiredness much worse?
Joshii are you on meds?

This is what initially drove me to the doctors many years ago. I thought I had depression, but it turns out my anxiety was draining all my energy. I started medication and it felt like a heavy blanket was lifted from my brain.

I think Celexa (citalopram) has very low side effects. Buspar is meant to be good for anxiety too. Incase you ever want to try :)

Im currently in bed for a week now ive lost all my strength in my legs ... Trembling and shakey bloods done and were fine ... I feel so fckn ill and i dont know why... My adrenaline has dried up i think thats what causes nervous exhaustion... I want to feel better :'-(
