I suffer from anxiety disorder (GAD, Panic Disorder and OCD) so I know people get fast heart beat when they start having a panic attack, however for the past 2 nights I felt totally fine and happy and then all of a sudden i notice that I have really fast beat, like my heart going crazy? At the time i wasnt having a panic attack or anything. but because that happened it caused me to have one. same thing happened tonight. still having a panic attack. is this normal? usually i only notice my fast heart beat AFTER i realise that im having a panic attack. is this dangerous, should I be worried? of course with my panic disorder i feel like the worst is gonna happen- that im gonna have a heart attack. someone reassure me that they have the same thing and that I'm OK. do I check this out with my GP?

My heart is going at 138bpm at the moment for some reason. I'm gonna be ok, and so are you. :)
Your adrenaline levels are probably a little bit 'all over the place' because of on and off panic attacks. Something innocent has caused your heart to beat fast, and you've obviously become naturally concerned about this. It's not dangerous in the slightest, do something fun to try and wind down while it passes. The less you stress out, the less it happens :)

Awesome :)
And you're welcome of course!
The heart palpitations/racing heart rate are so nasty huh? It's been a long time since I've had them, it's not right having something shaking around in your chest - haha.
