As I've mentioned before my new insurance does not cover any counseling. This was an integral part of my treatment before and I really don't know what I should do without it.
If you can't afford counseling, how do you cope with it?

Dream dream dream - I can't afford insurance so I under stand what you are going through upi have found that meditation and my meds help me but what I have really found that works is this forum and the support of my family and my friends that while understand but really don't they help me get through the attacks I have. I am now on 50 mg of Zoloft and do meditation every night before bed it helps me get rid of the bad parts of my day. And when no one can be around me I focus on other things to get my mind off the attack

Playing redundant games like bejeweled distract and calm me. Also watching the disney channel helps. Its so innocent its soothing.
