That's how all my cold's begin, scratchy throat, heavy chest. I have one right now man, throat feels like it's being tickled.

Where did you go for your flu shot, to the nurses office? Maybe you caught your cold there? Lot's of sick people go to the nurses office lol!

The flu shot takes two weeks to take effect. So you can still catch the flu within those two weeks. No lie, talked to two pharmacists and my doctor before deciding to get one.

Having the flu and anxiety can be so unbearable and uncomfortable, but just take some meds, drink lots of juice and sleep.
