Hey guys. My name is Brittany and for over 5 years I have suffered with GAD, anxiety/panic, and some depression. Most recently my GAD has been awful. The past week it has left me in a roller coarser of emotions, shortness of breath everyday, fear of the unknown, and scared to eat anything solid (fear of choking). It's just horrible, but I know that it's all my freakin anxiety. I was on medication when I was 18. 50mg of Zoloft, up to 2mg of klonopin/ativan a day, and ambien to sleep. I was a walking zombie. I have not been on any prescription medicines since I was 19. I am now 23, and have tried every natural/homeopathic remedy out there. I have made an appt with my doctor for Tuseday and am going to "try" medicine again. I currently pregnant, so I scared of taking anything, but I feel like I can not feel like this anymore! I hope to ind peace and comfort with the medicine along with prayer. I can't wait to get to know some of you, especially on those hard days when no one seems to understand.
