Menopause

Got clinical depression because of hormone imbalance from menopause. Had lots post natal depression after ectopic, miscarriages etc - last time in 1996. Now got in menopause. Lots worse because body not accepting anti depressants and can,t find solution to hormone problem - already been over 2 years. Husband really sick of me. Anyone else had this problem?

Yes I am the same way. I take anti depressant now for 4 mos. I feel a little better 2 weeks after my period but then 2 weeks before and during I have severe anxiety. Panic. Depression, insomnia. Dizziness. Bloating and other stomach issues.

Someone suggested acupuncture for menopause and/or Chinese herbs. Has anyone else used either for this?
