Feel like giving up

I'm so tired of feeling this way. I don't know how much more I can take.

I hear ya. I would never give up though. My fear is death and want to be around forever for my kids and wife. I have been dizzy all day long today and even missed work. Checked my BP and was fine so I know it's my anxiety or my eyes. Might be time for a new eye exam. This dizzy feeling is driving me crazy though. Feels like I'm stepping in potholes.

Hi Olvera. Believe me, we all know that 'feel like giving up' feeling. And it's especially hard to put one foot in front of the other when all of your energies are going into not giving up and coping with one symptom after another and trying to talk yourself down from anxiety/panic/depression. I won't try to give you any advice because I don't know your story or symptoms but I sincerely wish you the best and will be thinking of you.
